Refund Policy for Construction Services, New Construction, and Material Delivery
General Principles
Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. We strive to deliver high-quality services and materials. If you are not satisfied, we will work with you to find a resolution.
Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all construction services, new constructions, and material deliveries conducted by American Bureau of Contracting & Development LLC.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the contract. However, once work has started, we do not provide refunds to ensure that our workers are compensated for their efforts. Refunds will be considered for significant defects or issues that arise within the warranty period for new construction, provided they are reported within 30 days of discovery. Refunds for delivered materials will be granted if the materials are defective, damaged upon delivery, or not as described in the order.
Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service completion or material delivery. Requests after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Process for Requesting a Refund
Customers must submit a written request via email or through our website, including an order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting documentation (e.g., photos, contracts). Our customer service team will review the request and respond within 5 business days.
Refund Approval
Upon review, we will determine the eligibility of the refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that all draw payments are final, and satisfaction can only be assessed upon project completion.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind after services are rendered or materials are delivered, damage caused by misuse or improper handling of materials, or minor aesthetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the construction or materials.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding a refund, customers are encouraged to contact our support team for resolution. Mediation may be considered if a satisfactory solution is not reached.
Policy Changes
American Bureau of Contracting & Development LLC reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Customers will be notified of changes through our website.
